1. General Ticket Purchasing
All tickets are sold subject to availability and to these Terms and Conditions. Ticketsprints.com acts as a ticketing agent, selling tickets on behalf of event organizers, promoters, and venues.
2. Cancellations, Refunds, and Partial Refunds
In line with standard ticketing industry practices, all ticket sales are considered final.
Customer Cancellations: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for mistakes made during purchase, change of mind, or inability to attend the event.
Partial Refunds: In rare circumstances where an event is significantly altered (e.g., a multi-day festival is cut short, a headline act is replaced, or you are downgraded from your purchased seating category), a partial refund may be issued. Partial refunds are calculated based on the specific circumstances of the alteration and the policies set by the event organizer.
Booking fees and order processing fees are generally non-refundable.
3. Event Cancellations Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)
Occasionally, events are canceled, postponed, or significantly altered due to circumstances entirely beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, venue emergencies, artist illness, or government mandates).
Notification: We commit to reporting such cancellations or changes to our customers at our very first knowledge of the situation.
Rebooking as the Preferred Option: In the event of a postponement or rescheduling, your tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date. Rebooking/transferring your ticket to the new date is the standard and preferred option.
Refunds: If an event is entirely canceled without a rescheduled date, or if you cannot make the rescheduled date, refunds will be offered where they are deemed optional and applicable by the event organizer.
4. Respectable Behavior and Customer Conduct
Our trading terms are strictly subject to the respectable behavior of our customers.
Ticketsprints.com and our partner venues maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, threatening, or aggressive behavior.
We reserve the right to cancel your tickets, refuse service, or deny you entry to an event without a refund if you behave aggressively or disrespectfully toward our staff, event organizers, venue personnel, or other attendees.
5. Reporting Errors
While we strive for 100% accuracy, technical glitches or human errors can occur regarding ticket pricing, event dates, or seating assignments.
If you notice an error on our website or your ticket confirmation, please report it to our staff immediately via our contact channels.
Reported errors will be handled and investigated as soon as possible (ASAP).
Ticketsprints.com reserves the right to cancel any tickets purchased at a strictly erroneous price (e.g., a $100 ticket accidentally listed for $1), in which case a full refund will be provided, and you will be given the opportunity to repurchase at the correct price.
6. Data Security and GDPR Compliance
We take the security and privacy of your personal data very seriously. Ticketsprints.com is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Secure Storage: All customer data (including personal details and payment information) is securely stored using industry-standard encryption protocols. Payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways; we do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
